• The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB Italy) issued a warning against SwissCFD (operated by Brown Fox Limited) on 23rd July 2019. The commission has forbidden SwissCFD to offer the investment to the Italian public.
• Its parent company Brown Fox Limited is registered in Marshall Island and known to have run other scam brokers such as TradesFly, Dax300, EURTrades, and ECNPremium.
